With just a few ingredients and a small amount of prep time, you are sure to fall in love with this recipe. Additionally, one stop shopping at the Sweetser’s building makes for even less stress! Yields approximately two dozen

All you will need is:

  • Sliced Baguette from French Memories
  • English Cucumber
  • Cream Cheese
  • Smoked Nova Lox
  • Fresh Dill
  • Salt and Pepper

Prepare in just a few steps:

  1. First, season and soften cream cheese in a bowl with salt and pepper.
  2. Then, prepare the cucumber by rinsing and slicing thinly. 
  3. Next, slice the smoked salmon into bite size pieces. 
  4. Once you’re done, place crostini onto a platter or serving tray.
  5. Layer the smoked salmon and cucumber onto each crostini.
  6. Afterwards, place a dollop of seasoned cream cheese on top and sprinkle fresh dill.
  7. Finally, serve cold and enjoy!
