Meet the Snug Staff

Alex

Alex joined our team back in 2014 and currently manages our social media content. On top of working remotely for Snug, she keeps busy as a practice assistant in a doctor’s office, personal assistant for a local tattoo artist, and clerk at a cozy retail gift shop! Alex credits Snug for teaching her “all the skills needed for success. I wouldn’t be where I am today without Di and my team at Snug!”

Favorite Snug Meal? Hands down the salmon burger.

How do you like to spend your free time? I most enjoy reading and traveling!

What is one of your favorite things about Snug? I love that every employee feels like family – we are such a close team, and it really makes every day at work such a great experience!

Ava

Ava has been a part of our team since she was just 16 years old! She prefers to work the front, stating “it’s always fun to prepare the fish case and interact with our customers each day!”

Favorite Snug Harbor Meal? My favorite menu item is the cold lobster roll with apple slaw.

How do you like to spend your free time? I enjoy spending time on the water or at the beach with my friends and family!

What is one of your biggest dreams or goals? I hope to work in New York City after finishing school at Fordham University!

Breezy

Breezy has been working for us since she was 16 and always comes back for the holidays! She is a recent college graduate from UMASS Amherst with a degree in nutrition – making her one of our go-to’s for healthy menu specials!

Favorite Snug Harbor Meal? My favorite is the salmon burger.

How do you like to spend your free time? I love spending my time on the beach or with my friends!

What is your favorite thing about Snug? Obviously the amazing staff and customers!

Danny

We have been so fortunate to watch Danny grow up within Snug – he is Di and Dan’s son! He’s been travelling the world since he graduated high school – attending University in Glasgow, studying abroad in Spain, and visiting Ireland, Portugal, and England. No matter how far he travels, Danny always finds his way back home to Snug Harbor Fish!

How do you like to spend your free time? I like to explore new places, relax with friends, and read!

Favorite Snug Harbor Fish meal? My favorite is the salmon burger sandwich with gruyere and red onions!

Best part of being as Snug employee? I would say how comfortable it is: it’s like a second home to me and some of my best friends work there too!

Dianna and Dan

The ones who started it all – Dianna and Dan! Di is not only the owner, but the leader and motivator of our team! She has encouraged many generations of employees and continues her unwavering support as they each move on to pursue their independent careers. Dan is also such a positive energy within Snug, sharing his knowledge and passion for the local lobster and fishing industry. He lobsters out of Marshfield aboard the FV Sorry Charlie, providing us with all of our fresh local lobsters!

How do you like to spend your free time? We enjoy travelling, long walks in the bogs with our puppy, and spending time with our friends!

Favorite Snug Harbor Fish meal? The grilled salmon and fried calamari are two of our shared favorites!

Jared

Jared became an employee with us in 2021 and worked alongside his sister Katrina! He says that the best part of being a Snug employee is “the people that I work with.”

How do you like to spend your free time? I like to play sports.

Favorite Snug Harbor Meal? My favorite is the Crabcake BLT.

Lindsey

Lindsey has been with us since 2020, during her freshman year of high school! Working her way up the ladder over the years, one of Lindsey’s favorite things to do is cook behind the line. We guarantee she has made one of those delicious Snug meals you keep coming back for!

How do you like to spend your free time? I love going on walks and going to the beach.

Favorite Snug Harbor Meal? My favorite is the Salmon Tsukeyaki.

What is one of your biggest dreams or goals? I hope to travel and experience new things throughout my life!

Maddie

Maddie has been working for Snug since 2018 – back when she managed a part time job as a high school student who also enjoyed rowing! Maddie has always been a hard worker and we are so proud of her for continuing her position with us as she attends nursing school at Endicott.

Favorite Snug Harbor Meal? Our homemade Shrimp Gumbo is my all-time favorite! Best soup EVER!

What is your favorite part of working at Snug Harbor Fish? The people I work with – I consider Dianna and my Snuggie coworkers a second family.

How do you like to spend your free time? You can most likely find me on Duxbury Beach soaking up the sun, swimming, or reading!

Meg

Meg has been a part of our Snug team for quite a few years since returning to Massachusetts from Alaska! Waking up early each morning, Meg is the one who drives to the fish pier in Boston and pick up our delicious fresh seafood!

Favorite Snug Harbor Fish Meal? All things Faroe Island Salmon!

How do you like to spend your free time? In my free time I like to scuba dive, go out on the boat, and do house repairs.

Nicole

Nico started her job at Snug back in 2017 while she was a high schooler in Duxbury! She has since moved on to work full time for Horizon Beverages, but still finds herself behind the line quite frequently!

Favorite Snug Harbor Fish Meal? Our homemade pineapple mango salsa on swordfish is my summer favorite.

How do you like to spend your free time? I love spending time on Duxbury beach with friends!

What is your favorite part of working at Snug Harbor Fish? I just love working with great people and making friends with the kind customers!

Jen

Jen has been a part of our crew since winter of 2022 and is always the one responsible for boosting staff moral! She is a truly dedicated employee, frequently peeling and deveining the delicious shrimp that you take home. She tells us the best part of her job is the people within it who feel like family- and we share this sentiment with her!

Jess

Jess has been with us since spring of 2023! Out of all the shift positions Jess prefers expediting – preparing setups for the cook while ensuring all modifications and allergies are being monitored and followed through properly.

What is your favorite part of working at Snug Harbor Fish? I My favorite is the hard working people around me!

How do you like to spend your free time? I like to sing and play guitar!

What is one of your biggest dreams or goals? One of my biggest goals is to travel as much as I can!

Dominic

Dominic joined our team in June of 2023 and loves working alongside his sister, Ava! We have seen so much growth from Dominic in the past year and are so excited to see his continued growth with us at Snug!

Favorite Snug Harbor Meal? The New England clam chowder!

How do you like to spend your free time? I like playing golf with my brother and dad. I also like to mountain bike and skim board in the summer!

What is your favorite part of working at Snug? I love meeting lots of new people!

Tessa

Tessa joined our team in June of 2023 and loves to work the front of the house. She tells us the best parts of her job are “having so much fun” and “getting to connect with new people everyday!” Tessa shines in each position within Snug and we feel so fortunate to have her as a part of our team!

Favorite Snug Harbor Meal? Definitely cold lobster roll!

How do you like to spend your free time? I love to be out on the water!

What is one of your biggest goals? I dream of being able to travel freely when I am older!

Tina

Tina joined our team in June of 2023 and is such an integral part of our staff. When Tina’s not at Snug, she’s busy being a spectacular mom to her two children – a five-year-old daughter and seventeen-year-old son.

Favorite Snug Harbor Meal? So hard to choose – maybe the BBQ salmon or crab cake appetizer.

How do you like to spend your free time? I can be found at the beach with my daughter or at one of her brother’s sports games!

What is your favorite thing about Snug? I just love being a part of this team. We have fun together, help each other out, work hard, and have built our own little Snug family!

Rachel

Rachel started with us in the fall of 2023 and is a powerhouse in the kitchen! Her favorite project while on the clock is making salmon burgers. How cute is this photo of her with a little lobster?!

How do you like to spend your free time? I love to spend time outside and on the water whenever possible!

What is one of your biggest dreams or goals? One of my biggest dreams is to travel the world and experience lots of new things!

What is your favorite thing about Snug? The people, of course!

Dalton

Dalton is one of our newest members! While learning all of the ins and outs of a day within Snug, he has found a joy in shucking oysters and making lobster rolls! If Dalton isn’t at Snug, you’ll most likely find him playing his favorite sport – soccer!

What is your favorite part of working at Snug Harbor Fish? I just love working in an environment of fun people while learning how fun it can be to cook

How do you like to spend your free time? I love to be on the beach with friends or heading to the turf to work on my technical soccer skills!

What is one of your biggest dreams or goals? My biggest dream is to be a professional soccer player in England!

Charlotte

Charlotte joined our Snug crew nearly a year ago! After taste-testing many of our menu options, she notes that her favorite is, “easily the BBQ salmon sandwich!”

What is your favorite part of working at Snug Harbor Fish? I have the best time working with so many funny and great people!

How do you like to spend your free time? I hangout and go to the beach with my friends!

What is one of your biggest dreams or goals? My biggest goal is to travel and see every part of the world!

Phoebe

Phoebe is one of our newest staff members! Out of the positions within Snug she has tried so far, Phoebe enjoys expeditor best – preparing setups for the cook while ensuring all modifications and allergies are being monitored and followed through properly.

What is your favorite part of working at Snug Harbor Fish? I love getting to meet new people every day and working in the same place that my sisters, Olivia and Molly, used to!

How do you like to spend your free time? I like to hang out with my friends or play sports!
